Buy a nice RW3 +10-15 (I like the bikes) and maybe spend about 1b-2b on gear. Then I'd slowly give the rest away. Somebody complaining about getting hacked on Shout? No problem! I'd get them a few items and help them out. ◠_◠ I think I'd also get every active person in my guild an item of their choice. Bike, weapon, anything. Money does terrible things to good people if they don't know how to use it.

actually that doesn't make sense, since im sure i can think of a lot of people who have had and passed on at least 40b in total...

If you sold two items for 35b each. you'd have 70b. there's no real basis to say 39.9 is max
