[Forum Suggestion] GM Post markers

Proposing GM Post markers on threads so we can see easily which threads have GM response and which don't without clicking into the thread.

Useful for past searches, especially in bug report sections. Search function works fine but you have to willy nilly through all posts by all gms in all categories, if you cant remember which GM specifically posted or the time frame. :'/

that would be cool and also how about something that shows which GM has actually looked at the posts also that would be nice to have in the forums
