If we promised that you'd be unblocked on the 7th day, and you're not, you're more than welcome to send us a Help Desk ticket and we'll see what's causing the problem.
However, you would of have to served a full 7 days to be unblocked. Let's say you were blocked last Friday at 7:59PM. If you try logging into your account this Friday at 12:01AM, it's not going to work because you didn't serve the whole duration of the sentence.
I hope I clarified some of the confusion surrounding this and best of luck.
