Trouble Re-Installing Cabal

Ok so i have played this game since it came out on OGP. i took a year break and i am trying to download the game again however every time i try it says that the updates are larger than downloading the full client so i should re-install. I've deleted everything and tried re-installing multiple times but i keep getting the same error. Anyone know what i should do?
