You can get scroll from transmuting costumes. I guess for eog+8/+7.

I know,17% from the rol3 and 16% from killian ring is 33%,I'd rather have the merg and killian combined for the extra base stats,screw the 1 rate

They should add a way to change your merg into a rol+3, then people who already have their merg can farm for kilian ring and then switch the old merg into a rol+3, everyone happy... i guess xD
