I guess there's no fixed solution, it is based on your gameplay and preferences.
As for me aqua and lighting cannon lvl 20 to maximize attack and hp gained from bm1, and lowered stone/wind cannon (around lvl 15-17, can't remember well) instead.
Buffs all lvl 20. Debuff: enervation/hardluck lvl 20, darkness 18, exe 19, foexe 18, mana 20, foene 20, plus 3 small debuffs lvl 1 to lure mobs and remove bladers' party buff.
