Allowed Countries List

I've been searching around but don't seem to locate it.
Which countries are allowed to play this version of Cabal?
I'm European who moved recently to Middle East and got banned from own version :mad: and don't seem to find where can I play.

The middle east plays on Cabal NA... Cabal Eu can not enter NA cuz there is a region issue...
well it is simple, sell ur account on cabal Eu for real money and just start a new char on NA.

My bro was in Russia, and playing on Cabal Global, then they extended Cabal Eu regions and took Russia in... lol

He lost access to Cabal Global so he just sold his account and started new on Cabal Eu
