After sending in a ticket and saying things about Venus and the problems that it is having this was the answer I got.

Their answer to the problem is just to transfer servers to merc.... way to fix the problem.

what was your complaint?
just use server transfer
server merge will not happen
why did you pick venus in the first place?
what are the problems in venus

We have loyal players on Venus that enjoy the small quite community. We are always trying to improve the population of Venus as well as the whole game itself. We do still have the bonus Exp for Venus that it will attract new players.
But if you are really unsatisfied with your time in Venus we do have server transfers available.
