Actually even if you dont do heavy grinding the 100% item drop rate is nice also. But if your going to grind, then its ideal or if your a wizard doing traps then its just the best thing you can get.

I pretty much just plan to grind for as long as it will last me. From 147, at maybe 4~ hours of grinding a day, how far would I get?

AXP is based on the EXP you get. If your EXP is doubled, so is your AXP.
