GM's please investigate this illegal activity, as you know when a FA bm2s the guns constantly move at a steady pace, only when someone is hacking do they begin to freeze, go test on some dummies for yourself, even with re target. Please look closely at the video provided (sorry for the low quality) but it is very obvious his guns are freezing up as he is hacking.
