might be a bit off topic but taxes are not required. its all by implied consent and binding to officers. everytime you use your NAME your are assuming office hence your citizen ship. citizen as in city persona and city as in military company/outpost. Ship is as in vessel as in the latin term the bind of body. when you use your fictional name as a sole individual sole(single person company) you are in fact consenting to the mandates and rules of that corporation. all you need to do is call up IRS/CRA and asked if your SSN/SIN is yours. they will say no its not its theirs they just let you use it.

On a separate note, I am still leveling and gearing up a bit more before i start focusing on war. I already get first BL, which isnt hard to be honest because there are no others. And I regularly get over 200 points provided I get in on time and the war isnt called. I havent actually been in a full war in a long time, but Im pretty sure I can get over 250. And when I get an EOF8 and my other BOF7, + 180, that should push me over 300 points. Ill start showing some vids then :)

You should not use 400add atk with 25amp at the same time and i think the dps of kick retarget is = to no retarget. IDK for sure but it seems like that so you can just auto atk when u bm2 ^^

anyways, Brolic, you mentioned my DMG a while back, been meaning to say this. Right now I use a 7/20 +15 sig blade. 7 amp 20 dmg. And I also have a +15 26 dmg forcy. I focus on base attack and amp over dmg. I figure this helps out my crits and non crits, which with my current 39 rate (which I am not proud of), is the better solution. However, I am working on a multi rate pet to make up for the difference, giving me 40 rate until I can rate my 7/20 and make it 7/7/24. So, while my rate blows right now, my base and amp easily make up for it. Im only lvl 6 on my att rune, and I dont have an amp rune yet. So, yet more stuff to work on.

So far? 257 in a war I got into 12 minutes late... but, we lost epicly, so most of that was me BM/aura in a crowd of caps outside our gates.

Edit: Ragin, I dont PVP freestyle or anything, because you cant heal up and everything is dependent on crits. Doesnt really prove anything, except who gets luckiest. Even if its multiple PVPs, it just shows who got luckiest most amount of times. I mean, if you want, I guess I can PVP, but if i win or lose, i still dont think it proves anything.

cause I got all sadface when I had to take a ton of dex out and put it into int for my +11 forcy amp suit. It dropped my def way down and my att way down, so Im trying to build it back where it was xD I bought the rune and put it at 3. So, now its back to +ing att, def, and HP. I do my runes based on what needs the lowest AP lol. makes me feel more accomplished... plus, after I got HP absorb to lvl 2, I decided I was done with 400+ AP runes until that was all I needed.

you know the same kind of lag where u have lag but can still walk around and then the game catches up to you and you are ever dead or inside cap base all alone...?

he would retarget but the damage would need tiem to catch up on display it all at once or add it all together O_____O
