I just created a new account. I'm a new player. A minute ago I tried to buy ecoin to buy custumes buy I got this message
"You can refill 0eCoin ($0) more today"

What happened there? ecoin glitch? Come on ESTsoft I'm bringing you money.

Btw, I already created an in-game character. I can't why there should be a problem in buying ecoin
Or are there requirements to buy ecoin that I'm not aware of? (min level ,etc)
