depending on the pserver, you can get any kind of stats you'd like. and he's not from EU. He just takes screenshots of titles and wars from rotkaermota and simca (who are EU players) and pretend they are his.

The vrs stats however are fake; EU is similar to NA. Those stats are not obtainable in either.
