Its in Channel 21. You gotta go to the altar in MF, sit down, stand up, spin around 3 times and it should spawn near the AOS entrance. you only have 5 seconds to get there and start attacking it though. After your first hit, you have another 10 seconds to actually kill it. Its really hard, but if you keep trying, it should work.
