im just assuming here but if your char is like lvl 1-100 you might aswell start over. You can get past what lvl your last char was in no time.

DONT spend the 42 (or w/e) bucks on transferring a low lvl char.

The question is why don't they merge servers? Forget the dead argument of which is more lively, because both are dead compared to any game out there in a whole.

The've been over this, and just think of it as bad timing...
as of now they have a low population but at some point just MAYBE there might be a spike of players,
they're not just going to make another server again.
