Are they really that helpful? It usually follows a formula where the user initially asks why he/she was banned. They are followed up with a response which for the purpose of this post we'll say is third party program usage. The user will then most likely request more information regarding the ban like wtf are u talking about? when did this happen? what can i do to prove i didnt do it? All of the users questions are answered with one simple reply, something along the lines of, "we checked again and u hack." Any further tickets are completely ignored and the user is simply told "we're not discussing this anymore." The only thing missing in the responses is a troll face.

you all know this doesnt help..... I wish it did god i wish it did.

i remember when i would send in help desk tickets they wouldnt respond for 3months + and by that time it didnt matter anymore.

im sry to hear you got band suxey. hope it all works out.
