explain how a blocked 3rd party program user can get a 2nd chance and others dont

me and my bro both got blocked, the fact was i quit cabal and he used my acc, somehow he got banned, using 3rd party programs i heard, but together alone my account also got blocked perm.

I've already been through this once with lorkan, help desk tickets are considered private and "to protect the integrity of ESTsoft/Cabal online" they don't want tickets posted on the forums.

Cmon, given a 2nd chance is not like the end of the world, its a win-win situation for both the player and ESTSoft, but i somehow think given a 2nd chance with some certain penalty apply(ie. character delevel if u botting, some gear taken off from ur chacter if u caught hacking on dungeons) is better rather than just a permanent ban, cuz people might quit if they banned in the begining.

Though its just a hypothesis on my part (due to another korean game I've had previous problems with), that if a company is desperate enough to keep their players, they will offer a "second chance" to that player just to keep them playing and potentially spending more $$$. Its very true that money talks.

That sounds like something you would say if they did delete it, plus which EST GM do you know thats "corrupt"? I think your confused with OGplanet.
