It's sad to see that the caps in venus aren't really trying anymore, from winning bonus war to getting saint weapon, it's as if it doesn't matter anymore, i see plenty of high lvl caps talking or selling their stuff, but if comes the time for saints or bonus war, not a lot show up, it's mostly 174 and lower, it's as if the 175-180 caps went turncoat, any thoughts?
