I have been checking the website for weeks now and im unable to make an account. I have made serveral accounts to see if it was anything that I did wrong but the website keeps telling me that I have the incorrect ID and password. I have tried changing it and using the new password that I got and it still will not work. I have also tried using different browsers and clearing my cache,cookies, and history. I am unable to go to the help desk because I cant make an account yet. I need help pls.
