issue in creating account

i have an account registed to this cabal but when i try to retrieve account back it doesnt give any info, i want to download the game but i cant becasue i need to log first -.-'

And when i try to make new account it doesnt let me even with all fields available, dunno why this happens :S

sorry for double posting but i manage to make new account and install game but now have some other issue related to client
