so i hit 44 on a nub but says i cant claim it because i didnt participate???

anyone know how to claim the rewards?

I think you have to get the next highest level....when I hit 94 it wouldn't let me get reward. soon as I leveled up to 95 I tried again and it gave me reward. I'm about to get to 109 now and see if I have to make 110 to get that reward also.

you need to talk to event girl before achieving that level. it sets up like a goal system for you, and once you hit that level you go and talk to her for the reward.
