Bikes are extremely rare. There are several different places you can find one, but the chance of getting one is minuscule.

RS - Any chest (RW3/Blue)
LiD - Ziggy Faello (Blue)
Forgotten Ruin - Any boss(excluding Reddish Cauda) (RW3/Blue)
Lakeside - Berderk Faello (RW3)
EoD B1F - Final 2 chests (???)

Some people believe you can find them in SoD or EoD B2F. Someone wanna confirm this?

Reddish Cauda drops bikes sir.
Sod first and last chest also drops bikes sir.
Eod2...actually let me just say this...ALL legacy and legendary chests can drop bikes.
Ft included as well.
