Transfer from OGP? HELP?!?!

hi im new here and im just starting cabal bck up. when i try to go to account management i get an ERROR message saying "you should transfer or activate your account to use this page."

well ive been reading and theres nothing to tell me how to do this?????? can someone please help me?!?!?!:(:(:(:(

You need to send a hd ticket with the login Id email addy and names and levels of the chars
