i cannot log in?!?

im a new dude here in cabal nd i download the game and im alreday at the log in screen but i cannot log in nd i ask u why?^^
there is u failed to connect with the sever please try it again but to try it later doesnt help....so please help me i wanna play this game :)

Probably IP restriction, use www.cabalonline.net/main to find the closest cabal service to you, this cabal service (cabal.com) is for North America only, and a few exceptions for globals who have no local cabal service.
