PrinceMage is a scammer

PrinceMage just scammed 400mil from me, he asked me to send him 400m then he will send me the helm (+9 osm 8% rate and 20% crit damage). Here are all the screen shots which was taken during the conversation. It was 400mil which i was working my butt off for, now he scammed me, please take your time and look at those picture. I really appreciate your help

First he invited me in his party, then he dropped the helm, then he picked it up again

i forgot to mention that i'm new to this game. First i did not know how much the item was, Second i did not have many friends, Third i trusted people(because he was high level), Fourth don't make that comment to a newbie. There was no one i could ask for the price of that item.

well, the way i see it... even tho u have proof... U did actually hand it over to him, which that is the only mistake that happened here.

I know he scammed u, but I am 80% sure that the GMs will not respond to this, because u personally sent it directly to him... Well u can expose him as a scammer, but i do not think u should count on the GMs to interfere.

BTW, in the info box, they write warnings about these kind of stuff... so basiclly u were soppose to read them and listen.

I don't know what your talking about, GMs always respond to threads. Even if they do not ban the bad user that was reported, they generally are always good at responding with generic message about "appropriate actions will be taken", It's just that sometimes the appropriate action would be to do nothing. The player was scammed there is not much question there, since hes new and trusted a higher level this might be a lesson for him to never trust anyone in cabal. Certainly never give alz first for a item that is tradeable, thats just silly.

You don't ask what prices are, you check auction house or personal shops to see the same exact item selling, 8 rate helms shouldn't even be over 100m, I know they are right around there for armor helm, I would assume martial was a bit different but same rough price. 1/4 of what you paid. Next time never send an item via mail, just open trade window and make sure the other party has included the agreed items/alz in exchange.

Since you screenshot'd all of it, you may have a chance at proving the scam to a GM; however part of the fault is at your feet for mailing it without any knowledge of the actual item value, and trusting someone you don't know. There is plenty of high levels who have scammed others and would scam you too. Sadly, 400m means alot to nobodies.

1st thing i would say, you are stupid on not doing a normal trade but looking at your proofs i think its enough proof to get your money back , iv'e been hearing alot of people getting their stuff back lately
