I don't see why not, if gameguard doesn't cause .erl error due to the gui interface of overwolf. It depends mainly on how overwolf works, if it hooks to the process (game) your running, it could be a problem with gg. Other then that I don't see why you would get banned for using it, looks like a decent program; plus I've seen many people use ventrilo/teamspeak overlay without much problems...

so no lag issues that i notice. Game play is still maxed out settings and everything is smooth.

update. While running around in full settings and recording on ch 8 full of people in BI. I do notice a frame rate drop. i lose 4-6 at most frame rate.
