cant submit ticket

this is what ive been getting now everytime i try to submit a ticket.


is there any other way of getting help if we cant even send a ticket?

I used to have that problem with web traffic, it resolved itself though and at the moment there is no issue on my end. It could be related to tweaks in the site as opposed to actual server traffic.

You dont have an alternate secure connection to send in a ticket from, where you would need to be sure to log out afterwards ect? Giving the GM team your ISP and location might help a little if they can find any bottlenecks that is preventing you from viewing the page correctly.

Daily(24 hours) page views is around 3,500... There shouldn't be any heavy traffic messages for you to be honest. {Approximate estimate}

Yep I don't think cache or temp files/switching browsers would help, atleast as far as I recall when I was experiencing the same a year or so ago. gl.

Go to somewhere else other than your home or wherever computer you're using. Use another computer and see what happens.
