HI im new in cabal global. I played cabal in Philippines but now i been working in kuwait and i want to play the cabal here.
Can i played cabal global here in kuwait, bcoz cabal philippines has a problem connecting in the server.

Since you already have the above post about players from kuwait playing in cabal_na without problem, I will just clarify - The reason people from philippines have problems is because there is official cabal service for that region, therefore they are region restricted from North American version.
