How to delete a character

Ok so I'm trying to delete some random chars on my account.
It asks to type in the PW. Then Accept. And Accept again.
After that it doesn't work
And it says you must unset the sub password whatever.
So I delete my sub password then try again and it still doesn't work

Help please?

click on your char, then press delete,write your pw, and your done

Normally this should be the case, but I noticed when I tried doing this two weeks ago I faced the same complications that Pakamon did. What I did was 1) Remove the sub pw 2) Log out onto the username/pw screen --> type in info 3) Then when you're on the character select screen again, that's when you can proceed to the delete>type pw. I had to add in that extra step before I can successfully delete a character. Hope this helps [:

yeah if you remove the subpassword, and try to delete it, itll say "please remove all subpasswords first" i'm guessing est still needs to fix that, you have to log out first as PandaNeko mentioned, then relog and delete it, that way it refreshes.

what you do is log onto the cabal website and than go to account management and reset the sub pass at the bottom i had to do that last nite and i was than able to delete my character i wanted gone
