Ban the ingame account being sold(match IP to seller thread IP) and forum accounts please, don't appear as tolerating usd<>ingame content transactions.

No, you have to wait until kato or which ever GM comes through and responds/resovles/locks the threads... Even if they don't ban and just delete the thread which I hope they just ban the ingame acct since the person is so careless, probably logged into forums with same IP as the ingame acct, so it would be easy to find the char hes selling ingame and ban it for breaking the tos.

Anyhow, its sunday so might not see a response till monday or later. I don't know if they respond to the threads during the weekend, generally I think its during the weekday..

made new acct/thread, however GMs can probably read pms as well, hopefully they just ban his ingame acct hes trying to sell. lol.
