Hey i play other MMORPG's and in some of them when you reach lvl 30 you can attack any other player and its called a PK (player kill) does this happen in Cabal and at what LVL?

any level. press "ctrl + f" and you can attack anyone in a pk-allowed channel who isn't in a safezone

To add to that, non-pk channels are those in green text. Happy hunting.
