Training Dummy Question

Is there a limit to how long or how much you can use training dummies? i think they are cool but am kind of confused as to why everyone isn't always using them if you can just max out skills on them..

nope, u can use them as long as u like, but u can only go up to the maximum skill rank of ur lvl range
