Level 90 Rank up quest in search of help

Good day,

My friend and I have reached level 90, and we wish to do the rank up quests.
Now the problem is that it's in Frozen tower of undead B1F.
We need to collect 20 B.I. certificates, but we're unable to do that ourselves.
I wish to ask someone for help, someone who could guide us trough it, till we collect the certificates.
My friend and I are not interested in the treasures in the dungeon whatsoever, for now we just wish to finish our rank up.
I hope someone would be friendly enough to leave a response :)

I think u will become interested in the treasures when sehh or a bike or mergaheph's ring drop

And r u saying u can't kill mobs and bosses cause they r toug for u then try shouting for a high lvl charachter or search for a party

Or u saying that u don't know the quests then search on google for it
