I recently got hacked and sent in a ticket. I get a reply back so fast and I did as they say.

3. Missing Item and/or Alz:
4. Detail Explanation of how the issue occurred:
5. Agreed with our Limited Restoration Terms:
If you do not agreed to our terms we will be unable to begin our investigation of this issue.
