hello Ive been playing for a while and recently bought diamond package and my accounts blocked not on GM block list or anything just wont let me log in, pc crashed tried to log in and it was blocked theres no reason it should be blocked, other then cabals program glitches that it detects steam as a hacking program for some reason hopefully theyll get that fixed one day, anyways I would really like my account unblocked seeing I paid for a diamond package hopefully you can unblock it soon my char name is JerryClinton and I submitted a ticket thankyou jerryclinton

Okay? GMs won't discuss it publicly, you'll have to wait for an response to the ticket. I don't know what your saying by "not GM block list" but blocked, Lol. There is message that clearly states if the account is blocked. Paying for diamond won't keep you safe from using 3rd party programs though just as a note, so thats pretty irrelevant unless somehow the diamond caused the issue, and not "steam, pc crashing ect ect".
