do you have to break a plus 7 item with amp in slot or crafted to get the scroll o.o?

yes items with amp in slot or crafted amp(not necissary to be perfect craft u can break 3%amp) from +7 ~ +13 gives a rare chance to get amp scrolls of the same lvl of extracted item and +14,+15 with amp in slot or crafted(as said be4 2) gives 100% chance to get amp scroll of the same lvl of the extracted item

It has to be in slot. For Amp Scroll it is not 100% no matter what + the item is.

Yah! lets all break our forcy amp only to never get an amp scroll! I love how everyone is all excited about the amp scrolls, just like they were excited about rate scrolls. Those rate scrolls sure do drop like hot cakes dont they?

meh not really excite. was just wonderin *_* . and yea i think u will have some people break forci lol there is always one atleas :>

Wrong... 100% to receive a perfect core of the same level from +14 or +15... item scroll is still random.

Like we did be4 "OMG rait scrols are here "
Then after few weeks after
Some1 is selling rait scrol but it is tit grade with3bil
Wtf we will do with this
Remember est hate us ~.~ they will not let us get 7amp crafted 14 amp in slot that easy
just use off amp gear..... easy right XD
