GM, how long the "In Prograss" usually take ?

Hello GMs, my ticket had been "IN PROGRASS" for a week now,
how long this usually take? is there anything i can do to make it fast?
such as need more information from me?
i had tried to be as detail as possible and attached screen shots

please help me get my gear back, i want to play it with my
years hard-working gears.
