Questions from returning player

So, am returning after 2 years away.Just wanted some help to know what has changed from December 09 to now feb 12?
Also wanted to know when maintenance will be so i can get my old characters back. thanks.

1 extra skill?
Higher tier than forcium?
New areas?
Procs still I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥I love you >.<♥ =) jking...
Chaos arena improved?, after it came out originally no one ever really did it.
More than 2 rings now?
Wizards over powered still?
Still a title for knocking down gm?
Still channel 20 which was pk all the time, so fun =).
Did they fix the honor system yet...by which i mean make it easier lol?

new Chaos Arena System
new armor/wep material (Drei Frame / Lycanus/Drosins)
item ugrading gets bumped up to +15
watch out for a Venus FA named Chingu ( Best FA in Venus)
rarley any bots running around anymore +1(Thanks to the GMs)
there are daily events that the GM's host
there is a new major patch that is going into effect soon
ummmmmmmm i think thats it =o
oh yea there are mercenaries and blended runes
u can use the z button to retarget

Haha i guess i will look out for that FA i hope he isnt too squishy though. thanks for the update, before upgrading was really limited most people stopped after +5 lol times have changed. +7 use to be amazing, i hope i will still have all my weapons and items from the transfor. thanks for the help

He also missed fade to cursor.
Oh and Mercury's Population is 2x Venus, but Merc is not as good at running dungeons.
And Channel 1 (Trade) no longer exists.
And PF+PI bosses are now non-aggressive (meaning they don't attack unless you do)
And can't remember if items were breakable from upgrading then still, but now they can't.
Also, you CANNOT break down +5 and higher artifacts except amulets.
And crafting is almost pointless since drops are crazy.

And Valdoroth in Venus is a Pro-Noob, so good luck trying to be a better noob. Otherwise feel free to bud-add him if you have questions in game.

Also, for making a Force Blader how should I add my skill points?

PF+PI bosses are now non-aggressive (meaning they don't attack unless you do)

All PF bosses are aggressive except pluma,don't know about PI but manticore and the white boss are not aggressive as i saw on youtube
