Essecne Runes

Are there any Essence runes that are worth or you should be upgrading? Excluding the amp, hp or ones that cost millions to obtain.
Maybe something like attack rate, defense rate etc.. that are good to upgrade and should "Max" it?

def rate is ok. and the def one is ok. pet exp and party exp.

Party exp, pet exp, and the regular exp rune. They max at level 10, and if I remember right it takes 104 AP in order to max it.

defense rate is better than okay. it's nice for low def rate classes.

it just depends on how you play on a day to day basis,i do alot of pve so i maxed out the alz ones and it almost doubled my dungeon run income
