We are aware that some of our players may be experiencing abnormal latency issues while playing CABAL Online. We are working diligently to investigate and resolve these issues as quickly as possible. To assist us in solving these problems, we are asking players who are currently experiencing abnormal latency issues to submit a help desk ticket containing the following information:

Internet Service Provider (ISP):
Location: (Country and State)
Date and Time: (When the issue occurred.)
Description: (of the issue)

This information will greatly assist us in our technical investigation of the reported latency issues.
