Not possible to do Calamity in FI anymore??????

Every time I've gone to do her instead of the captain lately the Kias Rodon that is supposed to be here isn't. Has anyone done Calamity lately? This is the 6th time in a row that this Kias Rodon isn't there. Here's 2 of my runs from today that it's failed. (Currently still in one of them and it's paused.)

Hmm worked fine as a party, but 6x in a row that it hasn't worked soloing...........
