Anyone else hope they have an event for bm3 like they did with Trans skill books?

From what I read you need to craft it and the skills. Doesn't mean you can't base an event around it. Just sayin'

The last trans skills didn't have any quest related to get them. So it was easier to make an event for it.
Making an event for this one just kills the purpose of the whole bm3 quests..........

if i remeber well we got book if we lv once what about if we lv we get to chose one capsule for quest any we want and made it 130+ event =3
