Virus in Cabal

When I start Cabal I always got a Virus message in this location D:\CABAL Online (NA - Global)\Gameguard\GameMon.des and it says that It's a TR/Kazy.53781 Trojan. When I uninstalled it and deleted all registry files and reinstall again nothing happened, Virus still appears and when I play Cabal in some moments Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) suddenly appears and I hate it. can someone help me about this issue?

False positive on gameguard module, uninstall the anti virus or add exceptions for cabal/gameguard folder and the executable. Gameguard acts like a rootkit so blue screening with anti virus and gameguard running at the same time isn't that surprising. Some other people were also able to identify specific mouse drivers that would cause blue screen with cabal/gameguard.
