I was under the assumption it was episode 8, but maybe its just another chapter in ep 7...We've been in ep. 7 for a bit now.

(euro GM put episode 8 on thread of patch info, NA GM has "VII/7" on the patch thread)

Yeah I was kind of under the assumption it would've been here by now. They kept on saying "Available March 7th" If the m/a is tonight then it's available March 8th. Just have to wait for one more day (Assuming there are no bugs and assuming the m/a IS tonight and not sometime sooner)
