im from cabalSEA also..
cabal totally change become hard mode..
in nation war 169 and 190 lvl war..
4 sp bars cant even down S gaurdian =.=!
about quest caps...
i think bots or hardcore farmer player can get bm3 early..
daily quest only give 1 stain clone...
cabal DEV want make all player become like koreans gamer =.=!
About time this game became challenging again.

Trust me, I will not be QQin over anything that has to come from this update in regards to the level of "hardness" I guess you could say to this game...
