I found two that are quest bug

good day today I was doing my assignment and I found both of these two lvl 65 bug I hope they can fix it
A. - First I can not give it to the officer of the green.
2 I can not collect the quest that is in ruin sally gocer. To do I rate the game and reconnect the quest already received which sends you to a dungeon but can not deliver.

Bug Quest in level 65 Scenario..having the same problem to I thought I was the only one but it turns out its really a bug..wish they could fix it now..

Both of those issues occur on Venus as well. I get dumped to the Login screen when I accept the quest from Sally in Ruina.

These quests are not that fundamental in leveling up, primarily CA will lvl you up faster then any quests will, and certainly dont see the point in being stuck on a story/side quest, you can level alot faster via other ways until the quest glitches are fixed. There is not any "mindless grinding" below level 120 anyway, that is the perception of a lazy player in general. I'm sure they will fix your quests as well as map codes not being distributed to the appropriate level characters, but they are not "game-breaking" so bad that they need emergency m/a, I'd rather them get the fix done right, test and then implement by next m/a.

Yes I realize that sn0wXz, but it is a bit frustrating to not be able to get any other quests in that line. I'm level 67 now, but only get 1 quest per level because most of them either are further in the line with this quest series, or are a part of the (also bugged) Lake in Dusk series (the officer in green despair won't give you the map part/finish quest).
