Undead Ground Map Missing?

I am level 92 and I never got the quest to get Undead Ground Map! is this a bug?

all that was removed in the this update.

Its glitched, they removed the map code quests but the map code upon level achievement doesn't work, so you won't have a way to obtain the map codes until its fixed. Deal with it.
