Technically you aren't entitled to any "reimbursement", why you feel the need to complain about it here? Nobody cares nor can do anything about it.

and the people that got their items hacked during 2011 summer and were sold through ah or personal shop was never returned and people who bought it got to keep em.. rofl, cause apparently being sold in ah and personal shop was a fair trade that time. but now when ppl got hacked and their items sold through a shop, they have a chance of it getting returned and if u bought u can get ur alz back as well.. totally fair.

Adding on to what snow said... They also have made it very clear that if they do restore anything in a trade they can only restore the items. Not items+alz.

There was a person in Merc who had something similar happen to them back when the big hack off was going on.

It says clearly on the ticket, they do not restore items, only alz. Move on, at least you got something. Many people don't even get responses for months on end, let alone compensation.
