update issue !

i already send ticket number 52895 and i said that i restarted the computer and re-install the game then restarte dthe computer again but still i get this msg 4412
and instead they say to me that i have to re-install the game they said that i have to go to a thread in this forum and look for my problem and they said over there that i have to re-install the game and restart the computer and clear temp folders (which i clear them 100bil time day)
and disable my antivirus which i deleted it 2days ago lol ! can any 1 who KNOW any thing about this tell me and thx

btw that happened when i re-intalled the game caz GG didn't work

traid that but it just keep putting "update_268.dat" in the folder and gives me the same error as if i hadnt done anything
