Why is my account blocked?

I didn't do nothing ILLEGAL in this game and my ONE AND ONLY account got blocked...
I didn't do anything that was wrong in-game and didn't use cheats or hacks.
My friend just gave me alz from HIS OWN WILL and what do i get?!?! I get my account blocked...
I was going to buy a UGC today... but as you can see... My account is blocked.
I wonder why people do mistakes like this when an innocent cabal-ier get his account blocked for some mistake.
I sent a Help Desk Ticket already and if you guys decide not to unblock my account, I'll be forced to move on but my 14 days of progress there was priceless...
